a week of nothing
The room I had .in the bathroom had mold on the celing the tub was dirty in the whole week I was there the house keepers where nice there was 1 little tiny girl that work in the eveings that went out of her way to be nice the morning crew where distant and not friendly at all I work for a resort town we go above and beyond this staff did not

Tired Honey
A disappointed experience
We arrived at midnight after a long drive. We were arranged to a handicapped room but we are not handicapped persons. After requesting to change to a regular room, we found there is no soap, shampoo, lotion in it. It's a unpleasant experience and I won't recommend friends to stay.

WHEN I BOOKED IT, I DID SO BECUASE OF ITS PROXIMITY TO THE AIRPORT-- I THOUGHT IT WAS LESS THAN A MILE. IT TURNS OUT TO BE A 10 MIN SHUTTLE RIDE, AND THE MOTEL IS IN A SEEDY PART OF TOWN. IF MY WIFE WAS WITH ME, I WOULDN'T HAVE STAYED. EVERYTHING WORKED OUT OK

dirty, not all that safe
I found urine on the inside of the bathroom door. The toilet was clogged from previous guests. They brought a pack and play upstairs for my daughter, which was stained and did not include a sheet. The rooms open directly out to the outside instead of a hallway, making it a motel, not a hotel. It looked like a 1 star hotel, but I paid for a 3 star. Incredibly disappointed! On the plus side, I left in the middle of the night, and the manager gave me a full refund without an argument. We stayed elsewhere. Also, this was not in a very safe area of town at all.

Fine if you don't expect to need a bathroom during your stay.
We checked into our room to find the toilet out of order. It was late and everyone was tired so we decided to address the problem the next morning. Stopped into the office to let them know only to be informed that the "system was still down" from the night before but that they'd send maintenance to check it out. Fast forward to later on that evening, get to the room and the keys don't work. Back to the office to rekey. Get into the room to find the toilet STILL DOES NOT WORK. Back to the office to complain at which point he says "our system is down, but we will send a maintenance order." Are you kidding me? Its not like they were super busy. We demand a new room but there's no "I'm sorry for the inconvenience" or any other attempt at rectifying the situation. About the only good thing I can say about the hotel is that the beds are comfy. This was the 3rd hotel during a lengthy stay and by comparison was the least enjoyable.

Decent for the price
I was able to get a room for a pretty good deal. It's not a Hilton by any means, but it was clean and the staff was helpful. The breakfast is OK at best.

Not a hotel
I wouldn't call this a hotel; it's really a motel. The staff was very friendly. I did not receive a receipt though, I don't know why. Pop in pop machine was hot. Everything else was good.
