La Quinta Inn El Paso Airport West

When I arrived they were having trouble with the room keys and could only provide one. This hotel is right next to a very busy freeway and the only access is a one-way frontage road, which was a pain to get in and out of. The room was old and the door handle was loose, paint chipping, etc. During my showers the water would change from hot to cold for no reason. There was no refrigerator or microwave. The beds WERE very comfortable, but I did not sleep well because of the noise outside. I was in El Paso to watch my hockey team play, so I would return to my room late at night after the games, and you guessed it, my key did not work! I would not stay here again.

The hotel and restaurant were just fine...however, El Paso is NOT the El Paso I remember from childhood. It's a very scary place!

Room was nice, comfortable table area, sink seperate from bath, nice roomy area. Couple restaurants and gas close by. Down side-there was a "bum" roaming parking lot wanting to wash your windows or something for cash-came up to me 3 different times-when i asked him to leave he did, but walked away grumbling about something. However, later I did see a police officer circling the building. Overall I would definitly stay there again.

Good location, near the airport. Clean and comfortable. Need to use the refrigerator for some perishable items and the fridge wont work. After calling front desk, they send a tech ,but was not able to fix it. There was no spare fridg to replace the one in my room. Finally we decided to store my items in the front desk refrigerator

this hotel was nasty and dirty carpet. loud and rowdy guests. hotel didnt care what when on. Security was asleep most of the time inisde the main office instead of patrolling the property. Will never stay here again.

Older Hotel, needs extreme makeover, too close to highway, very noisy, next to refinery, very smelly

Mainly very useful in case you need to be close to the airport

This was very close to the airport. The ac wasn't cooling, but that was quickly fixed. People at the front desk were helpful.

Upon arrival we were greeted very nicely. Our room was given to us right away, which was very nice. There were no hassles checking in. We did however notice that the bathroom looked like it hadn't been swept, there was hair on the floor. The next day after we went to a special church event we came back to a room that was half cleaned.One bed was made while the other was still a mess. There were no trash bags and we were lacking towels our whole stay. The trip it self was a memorable one and was happy to say that even though some things were not clean, we still had a good time. Thank you so much.

I arrived at the hotel when they gave me the key to my room and i went up the room i was put in was a room with two beds and the room had not been clean. I went down and let them know they then sent me to another room and that room as well had not been cleaned. They then let me know there was no other room. After awhile they put me in another room which had recently been painted and was a handicap room. Taking a shower in a handicap room was a difficult task. That was my first and last stay at that hotel. When you reserve a room it should be ready and waiting for you no matter what time you arrive.
