Great Hotel
The room was very nice for the amount of money I spent. The toilet/shower room was very tiny. I had to struggle to get the door closed and I am not a large person.

alright
The price was good. but the rooms are very out of date 70's looking all the way down to the carpet. the continental breakfast only had 1 hot item either oatmeal or biscuts depending on the day.... the only plus i say is they have a great tv.

EP Mini Vacation
It was our first time staying at a Hyatt. Our purpose of the visit was to visit some friends and enjoy the local bar scene. Our stay at the Hyatt was one of the best stays we've had and enjoyed the emenities it had. We really enjoy taking small trips (mini vacations) where we do something else out of the ordinary. This was one of trip out of many more to come.

Hyatt El Pao
The hotel was nice however the service was not very good. We had to call to have our rooms cleaned. When we asked for the rooms to be together on the same floor we had to wait for 3 hours for the rooms to be ready. There was no info about local restraunts or attactions. I waited 25 min to have my order taken at the snack bar. The breakfast was okay. Small stuff like that adds up. The lobby and pool areas were clean. I generally stay at a Marriot or Holiday Inn and will not stay at a Hyatt again based on this trip.

The location was good. The room was nice except for the smallest bathroom I have ever seen. The beds were good. The breakfast was o.k. The employees were friendly and helpful.

Quick Trip
The hotel was beautiful and decorated well. We loved the room. The only thing that was wrong wth the room was dirty drinking glasses.
