Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites EL PASO AIRPORT AREA

We found a bed bug in our room. They did move us to a new room BUT they did nothing to help us with the problem if they were in our bags/clothes. So right now the bag are still out door until we can wash the clothes and spray the bags. Not pleased. I will say other than that the food, location and comfort was great!

We stayed at the Holiday Inn and Suites in El Paso. We stayed for 4 nights and it was an exceptional stay. The room was great, the staff was extremely friendly and willing to assist you at anytime. I would definitely stay there again.

Stayed 3 days on a business trip. Hotel is new, very clean. Staff was very polite and helpfull. The rooms are good sized and had large comfortable beds. Free daily hot and cold breakfast, large sitting area. Hotel equipped with Pool, hot tub and workout room. Hotel 2 minutes from the El Paso airport, easy freeway access and just minutes to the rest of the city. Close to a variety of restaurants and a shopping mall. Highly recommend.

Both personally and professionally, I end up traveling a great deal, so I get rather critical about travel arrangements/accommodations. The only negative comments I have are: key card and shower dynamics. My key card seemed to expire every evening. I tried very hard at keeping it away from all things electromagnetic, but I had to have it rekeyed at the front desk every night. Additionally, the shower water pressure could have been stronger. Also shower related: no matter how I positioned the multi-functional showerhead, it sprayed against the tub edge, and ran off outside the curtain, creating quite a puddle around the toilet. I didn't catch it the first day, and tried adjustment the next, but both days I had to use more towels to absorb the mess. Both of these "negative" comments are negligible in the bigger picture, however. If this was the worst I had to contend with, I'm still a happy customer. This hotel was very clean, the staff was very friendly and proactive at solving problems (not just mine), and it was in a very convenient location. The free breakfast was varied enough to be recommended, although a more robust fresh fruit offering would be nice, especially considering how many people were in the dining area from a Friday-Sunday stay. The staff personnel were all very courteous and proactive at solving problems. I overheard more than one customer issue while standing in line, and each time, the staff member respectfully focused on that person until the problem was resolved. The cleaning staff interacted with the customers to ensure efficiency (do you need the room cleaned?) and were also proactive at solving housekeeping problems. The hotel was almost brand new (or very well maintained to seem that new), and was located at a convenient spot off of the highway, close to the airport.

excellent bed and good breakfast, the staff is very nice, I feel really good. I come back soon.

the stay at this hotel was great would reccommend to everyone

Our hotel was just opened a month prior to us being there. Very clean and comfortable bed. Slept like a baby. The staff very friendly and the breakfast had sausage and gravy with eggs along with other juices, muffins, etc. Excellent rate and will definately stay again. Only downside, was there was no smoking in entire hotel.
