Great Mardi Gras Getaway!
We were really comfortable amongst all the business class people around even though we were all a bunch of young people looking for a fun two days at the annual Mardi Gras Festival on Cincinnati street. What was also great is that we were already close to the venue anyways but Holiday Inn offered to drop us off at the venue using their shuttle for free. They also had nachos and cokes the first night we were there! It was a great hotel, good food, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay and BE SAFE!

Great location
I travel often for work and I have never had a friendlier helpful staff. The room has everything I need for life on the road and is a great value. If I am in El Paso, this is where I will stay.

Bad experience
I made a reservation for 3 adults, a double room (Two queen beds) and the hotel gave me just a single room JUST ONE QUEEN BED...... Do I have to use the floor as a bed, or what??? The guy at the front desk told methat my reservation shows just one bed.... But my print receipt shows me that I paid for TWO QUEEN BEDS...... I

Good, comfortable option
I would definitely stay here again. The room was clean, comfortable, and air conditioned. The hotel offers a basic continental breakfast (nothing flashy, but it works). The free shuttle service was a big plus. Just two minor issues: (1) The hotel is located along a highly traveled road, and the street noise can be a little loud at times; (2) the water temperature in the shower was a little fussy. All in all, it was a good place to stay.

Great Deal
This was a great hotel and the personnel were wonderful and very accomodating. That has shuttle service to any restraurant within a two mile radius and wonderful recommendations on where to eat. It was very clean and included a breakfast buffet that was more than adequate. We were there for the bowl game and they even provided free transportation to the stadium
