Great location for the business I had to do while there. Easy on and off the I-10
I have stayed here every time when in El Paso , Wonderful staff, Clean large rooms, GREAT Hot tub! Wonderful breakfasts, and a very nice lounge. Very close to many fine restaurants and Casino

Stay here; you'll like it....
Once you find the main entrance to this hotel (it's a little tricky), you will really like your stay. The staff is great, the food is very good, and the rooms are clean. The pool area and gym are well designed and clean, and the layout of the rooms in separate buildings affords privacy if you want it. All in all, a nice place and a good location.

Big Rooms & comfy beds! Would like to have both work desk & sofa bed since recliner had stains & was somewhat worn out. Y shld i have to decide rooms are def big enough! Room was nice & clean too! Bathroom was VERY clean! Towels were in great condition also! However ice machine was broken entire time i was there for 3 days! Housekeeping was awesome & front desk also! Didnt have a chance to eat @ dining area but i saw it was busy always & smelled great!

Good Hotel, Cheaper if reserved directly
Good hotel, clean rooms, nice tv, good looking lobby, only con is the configuration of the hotel, too many turns and corners to get to the room. I you carry lots of bags you´ll have a hard time getting them up there specially if you got a second floor room like I did. But it is worth it.

Disappointed
It was sad that, as a chain hotel, they did not go above and beyond to help out. We checked in at 9:55 and they refused to give our free breakfast vouchers..Because the kitchen closes at 10:00am. 10 minuets after they were telling me this, I saw room service deliver a meal to a room. I took matters into my own hands and ran up to the clerk coming back in. He said, "Of coarse!" He was sooo happy and nice to me. I ran back to check in and they "gave in" and the two checking me in were embarrassed and told me that if they didnt say No the kichen help would get mad at them..... I honestly felt it was coming more from the higher ups not the kichen. Needless to say I gave the kitchen yes-man a big tip even though our meal was free. Check-out was pretty much the same. They couldnt give me my recipt because it was on Orbitz even though I got room service and ordered a movie. What a shock! Bad service!!!! The bartender was cool though, and of coarse the kichen yes-man. Management needs to be more helpful.

As good or better than expected!
This was a good experience for us and we'd stay again if in the area. We also would consider this chain for stays in the futures, and as always, Orbitz was a good way to find a good deal.

Downtown El Paso should be visited in a cooler time of year and Leo's restaurant on Mills was an excellent suggestion for local, affordable fare!
