Wonderful Hotel

A very decent place to stay overnight for the price I paid. The location is very good for dinning purpose with a lot of restaurants and pubs several blocks away. The only complain we had was about the breakfast buffet.

Nice and relaxing place to stay at

The Hilton Garden Inn of El Paso is the place to stay if you are looking for a quiet and serviceable place to stay at. One can't hear voices, or any noise, from the next door neighbors or the outside. The plumbing is a bit loud, so it's possible to know if someone upstairs is taking a shower at 4AM - but it's not disturbing. The gym is a bit small, but features the essentials for cardio and weight workouts 24-hours a day. The pantry has a small snack when needed - day or night, and the hotel cafe, open from 6AM until late in the PM, has a nice selection of breakfast, lunch, and dinner items. The hotel room was comfortable, and the staff is very friendly. They even allowed us to check in at 11AM, when check-in is at 3PM; that's one thing I'm very grateful for.

I would highly recommend visiting Carnitas Queretaro on N. Mesa Street - about 5 miles away, or Rib Hut, about 2 blocks away from the hotel.

Nice visit again.

Friendly staff and great location. Perfect for my stay. Really comfortable bed. Learned so much about El Paso from the visitor TV I was able to teach the new residents I was visiting. I like being close to UTEP. It's a good vibe. Nice lobby to sit and read or have a drink. Only downsides: I couldn't make my heat work right, but I didn't call for help and breakfast Sunday morning seemed a little chaotic. It was quite reasonably priced though. This is my second stay and though I like to try new hotels, it's hard to beat this one.

It's a short drive down Mesa to the downtown and we loved the Museum of Art.
