I stayed at this hotel both going and coming home from a trip. Going we had a issue with the first room assigned. Staff quickly resolved the problem. Coming home late at night and alone (single woman) they picked me up at airport quickly and put me in a lovely, secure room. Great staff!

Our Stay
The hotel is very clean, friendly staff. The rooms are very small. If you are just needing a place to stay with no frills this is the right place. It is right next to the airport. Breakfast was very good. You had a variety of warm food. From eggs, bacon, hash brown, potatoes, and waffles. A variety of other choices for food. Free internet that worked great. The only downfall I have for this hotel is how late the pool stays open. It is open until midnight. We had a room that faced the pool and one night there was a party with kids screaming until after 11pm. That was the only down fall to the hotel experience.

Relaxing Getaway
My time in El Paso was great and thanks to the shuttle the hotel provided I wasnt stuck indoors even though the hotel has eveything you need right there from jacuzzi's and restauraunts, I still was able to check out the mall everyday and venture out. I loved it and would definitely choose that hotel whenever I visit El Paso!

Great hotel
Less than half a mile from the airport. Would try to get the shuttle since a cab will charge the $10 minimum.

Good hotel for price
The hotel is walking distance from the airport which is great. The wifi was not working during my stay. Wifi was one of the reasons for picking this hotel. The free hot breakfast was great. the cleaning staff was nice missed a few spots, but seemed nicer than front counter staff.

Once you check in look for nearest exit and park close to it that way you don't have to go through the front desk area all the time.

Great Price, Great Value
The room was clean and newly decorated. The bed was very, very comfortable and that is saying a lot coming from me. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was hot and tasty. The water was hot and the fridge was cold. I was concerned being so close to the airport that I would be disturbed by airplane traffic but never heard anything. The only thing negative about the room was that the fridge and microwave were obviously not originally designed to be there and they made for a tight fit in the room, and the power strip on the desk seemed a little odd.

long walks
Good Night's Sleep
Comfortable bed, decent amenities. The staff was ok. My only issue: the layout was weird. It seemed like I walked for days through winding hallways to get to my room. I am sure it was not so bad, but after traveling all day--it seemed like another arduous journey.
