Good Night's Sleep
Comfortable bed, decent amenities. The staff was ok. My only issue: the layout was weird. It seemed like I walked for days through winding hallways to get to my room. I am sure it was not so bad, but after traveling all day--it seemed like another arduous journey.

Disappointed
The hotel is in desperate need of renovations, the rooms are quite dated, the furniture is shabby and the maid service is poor. This is a not a three star hotel.

Business in El Paso
Hotel was average until I got to the room. The temp was very hot and the AC would not work. I slept with the window open and fan on, and then got cold at about 4AM. 2nd problem: I did preparatory work for the next business day, went to the hotels "Business Center" at 10:30 PM and was told the printer didn't work (that's what I needed). I asked the desk clerk if he would print a document from my flash drive... but he didn't know how. We waited for the shuttle driver to return and he did know how so it all worked out OK. Frustrating, but OK.

Room was very small. Your closet is behind the bathroom door. The room had an awful smell. Had to purchase room spray but did not help at all. We had one live cockroach. The furnishing were old and beat up. The shower head had so much mineral build up the spray was awful. They did not refill the tissue box for two days. Hallway carpets are very dingy. The key cards would not work...had to swipe with my fingers several times to get the key card to work. Work out room not well equipped. The pool was kept cold. Did not feel secure staying here. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

You have to make the trip to White Sands NM. It is about two hours from El Paso and very worth the trip. Enjoy!

Great Location....but.....
This is an OK property given the excellent location near the airport, but the room was very small. Friendly staff, free breakfast and internet access are a big plus.

Great place to stay
I was only here for one short night and wish I had a few more days. I payed about $69 for my one night stay here thru Orbitz. While I was waiting to check in, a female traveler was quoted $139 as a walk in with the same type room I had received. Boy was I grinning. There re plenty of restaurants around and I was within a mile from the airport.
