Overpriced

Did not have a good experience. AC was not working and the staff made sound like it was my fault. I took a lot of effort to get my room changed.

Good for the price.

Room was small but very clean. Staff was very good. Location to I-10 and easy to find was nice. Biggest draw back was no resturant, very limited places that deliver to room.

Hampton Inn & Suites El Paso-Airport

Hotel staff was exceptional. Everyone was very friendly and helpful during my visit. Staff was prompt for airport pick up and drop off and they even offered to drive me to a restaurant after my work day to pick up dinner. Appreciated the great service! I would stay at other Hampton Inn locations because of this visit.

Not what I paid for

I purchased/booked a room with a king size bed and was given a room with to doubles. I was not very pleased with this experience since I had been driving all day to from California to El Paso.

Super Staff!

Rooms were very clean, Staff is SUPER and Courtesy van a terrific service! Location is easy to get to and very close to the airport. I thought it was quiet. The breakfast had hot items not just continental. I did not see a manager's reception though as described in hotel write up. That was okay because their is a small area you can purchase snacks and beverages.

Enjoyed the stay!

I don't have anything negative to say about this hotel stay. I stay at a lot of Hampton's and this one was one of the better ones. No problems at the desk. The room was clean and in great condition. The hot breakfast included smoked sausage in the eggs, very nice. The "robust" coffee was very good. I even took some on the road and skipped Starbucks. Our hostess at breakfast was very professional and courteous (I wish I could remember her name). Good job!

Everything is bigger in Texas

Wounderful staff- they were all so friendly and helpful from the top down to the cleaning person. I even hugged her when we left. i would recommend this hotel and definetly stay here again. First class service at a first class hotel. Beautiful inside and out.

Great Airport Location

I stayed at the Hampton El Paso Airport while visiting to attend the Sun Bowl. The location was convenient for my late evening arrival and early morning departure the day after the game. The 24 hour free shuttle was very helpful and effortless. The property is clean and very well maintained. My room was comfortable and well appointed. The hotel is close to several restaurants and I was able to walk since I didn't have a rental car. A great location and a very nice property.
