El Paso Sunland Park hotel with free breakfast and free Internet access
The El Paso West Travelodge hotel is located just off Interstate 10 in El Paso’s Sunland Park area and is near Sunland Park Racetrack & Casino and within walking distance to several types of restaurants and shopping. Guests enjoy the free Bear Bites Breakfast service every morning then relax in the large outdoor pool and Jacuzzi. All accommodations include a 27-inch TV and free high-speed wireless Internet access. Pets are welcome at the El Paso West Travelodge hotel (fees apply).

Overnite stay from Phoenix to Houston
Arrived late and left early. Quick check in, clean room, comfortable bed. Quiet. Hot shower. Quick check out. Location at highway exit. Free coffee in the morning. For $50 I am a happy camper.

We were not happy campers :(
This was the 1st time I have ever been threatened to be 'kicked out' of a hotel room. Due to the manager's incompetence he said we had not paid for the room. Of course, it had been paid for in advance thru [...]. He then ran our credit card thru manually and said everything went through and was paid for. Ten minutes later he says we didn't pay enough and demanded $14 more dollars, which we grudgingly paid in cash. I then called [...] who called the hotel and managed to resolve this matter. Thank you [...]!

Short drive from hotel
When crossing into Mexico from El Paso, Texas take a short drive West into New Mexico and cross the border in Santa Teresa. The border from El Paso to Jaurez can be confusing and takes longer to navigate out of the city and get on to the freeway.

Sick of Poor Service
WORST HOTEL STAY EVER!!!!
I bought a large can of disinfectant spray and sprayed the bed, bathroom and everything that I knew that I would touch with it. I also bought a candle to kill the rank smell of stale cigarette smoke in the room. I slept in my clothes on top of towels that I think had been laundered so that I would not touch any part of the bed spread. I wiped the hair out of the bathroom sink that I would assume had been left by a previous guest. The bed was stiff as a board. There was no comfort at all. The location is close to I-10 so the sounds of the highway are very loud. The Village Inn is in walking distance, although I was to grossed out to go eat there. I did not sleep, did not eat and was glad to leave. I told the hotel personnel that the room was filthy and that my stay was horrific and I did at the very least get a "sorry"....that was it...."sorry". This is not some place I would send my worse enemy let alone a weary traveler.

exellent location for the price
i rented 2 rooms one for me & wife,the other for daughter and husband. my had a problem w/ the shower but once i told the front desk they apologice and gave me another room, they were great to be my first time at this hotel. thanks

Small Vacation But Awseome!!!
The room was a nice size and clean the only thing is the matteres's need up dating and they need to use fitted sheets not just the regular sheets by the time i woke up the sheets were gone but then again I am a crazy sleeper I toss and turn all the time. The parking lot was quite and nice there is enough lighting!!!

Village Inn and This Hotel Almost Share the Same Parking lot the reason why I say Almost is Because the only thing that separtes them is a Cemented Curb!!!

VERY BAD LEAK
HAD ONE PERSON ON STAFF, CALLED FRONT DESK FOR PILLOWS AND EXTRA TOWELS TOOK 2 HOURS TO GET THEM. THEN LATER THAT NIGHT IT STARTED RAINING, AND OUR CEILING HAD A MAJOR LEAK. COULD NOT SEND ANYONE TO TAKE CARE OF BECAUSE AGAIN THERE WAS ONLY ONE PERSON WORKING.
