A great place to stay
The Comfort Suites in El Paso,Texas on Sunland Park Dr. was the perfect location. We were visiting granddaughter and family near by. The airport is close, also shopping and many dining and sight seeing ect. The staff was helpful. The rooms and the service was excellent! The breakfast was great,too. We would return again! Thanks! The rooms very clean.

not so good
very small old tv and the room was small too! last comfortsuites I stayed at had a new bigger tv(flat screen). and it was between the two beds. this one was in front of one bed and too far away from the other since it was so small. other than that the room was clean. but the price I paid for this recent stay was the same as my prior stay at another comfort suites but I didn't book it through [...]. so I feel I would have paid more for a room not as good as it should be If I had not booked through [...]....either that or I didn't really get a good rate.

Good Location
I was only there for one night, but the service I received was great. The front desk staff was very accommodating to me when I needed a late check-out! The hotel was very clean, and the bed and pillows were great. They didn't have any clock in the hotel room which was the only thing I really didn't like about it.

Great Experience
My mom and I went to El Paso for a little weekend shopping trip and time to relax. I mainly chose this hotel for us because of the location and the indoor hot tub. I was very pleased with the service. Rooms were very spacious and very clean. Hotel staff was very friendly and on task. One of the best things came the next morning with the awesome breakfast! It was much more than I was expecting. For such a great price, we had a great stay and a great time in El Paso. We will definitely stay here again on our next El Paso trip!

Had trouble with the key card....lock had to be re-programmed. It was apparently alive and well in 2005. That it had survived the 4 years in between was a bit odd.

carino's Restaurant just beyond the interstate with good access and plenty of parking. Excellent service and the food was delicious.

Great Stay
The Comfort Suites El Paso was a good experience. A friend came into town to visit and we stayed there for 5 nights. The staff was helpful although the front desk was empty a lot and had to wait for service sometimes. Sometimes the phone was not answered when we tried to get some room service. Other than that the stay was a great experience. The beds are amazingly comfortable. When we arrived at the hotel, check in was swift. When we saw the room it was on the small side and did not have a fridge or mic. I asked if we could be upgraded since we were staying 5 nights and in the matter of 3 minutes our room was upgraded to a suite.
