Comfort Inn Airport East

This is an old hotel, still, it should really be much, much cleaner. Noisy. Doesn't smell good. Dumpsters were emptied at 3:47 a.m. and quite loud. Breakfast was ok. Staff was helpful, when one of them wasn't standing right outside the door, smoking. Laundry room is awful.

The Comfort Inn was very comfortable. The only thing missing from the room was a chair by the floor lamp. There was plenty of room for one and looked like there probably had been one in the room at one time. The only seating other than the bed was 1 chair at the desk. Even though an older hotel, the rooms were very clean and neat. The staff was very helpful and answered any questions we had about El Paso and the hotel itself. We used the shuttle car both days we were there and were very happy with the service they provided. There were quite a few resturants around the hotel which was very nice. The continental breakfast provided by the hotel was very satisfactory.

Very comfortable beds! Great location!

We stayed here for one night and the beds were very comforable. We didn't want to wake in the morning. Continental breakfast was good (boiled eggs, biscuits with gravy, waffles, etc.). Hotel is well situated next to Lin's Buffet (chinese) and Rudy's (barbecue) good dining options. Overall, good place to stay for the price. We booked another night on our return trip.

The first set of rooms 160 & 162. Room 162 smelled like urine. We requested another room and was given rooms 160 & 158. Room 158 also had a foul smell and the bedding (bed spread etc had stuff dried liquid on it. It was visible on a burgundy bedspread). The bathroom was not clean as there was hair surrounding the tub area. The breakfast was lacking. We went to breakfast at 0750 and there was not much left, my spouse had to request food be brought out on numerous occasions with promises to do so and not following through. The first day, the maid service passed by our room, we were awake and waiting for this service as our room was not clean when we checked in. I grew up in El Paso, so I am familiar with the area. The selling point for this hotel is the pool. If you are wanting to stay on the East side of El Paso and are not looking for a pool.

The Comfort Inn, was a nice place to stay and enjoy, the room was large and the bathroom was large too. Beds were very nice make not want to ever get up. The Location was perfect too, near the I- 10 and many places to eat and shop, the staff was friendly and helpful. Room was always clean when i got back, also they had great movie selection too if you just wanted to stay in and relax. The great thing was the view of the city at night.

The room was very clean and cozy....the bed was extrememly comfortable, along with the fluffy pillows. Also liked that it was near restaurants.

Just another cheap hotel, but no real problems.

The hotel is located in an area just off of I-10 with great restaurants and shopping close by, some within walking distance. The room was smaller than most but the beds were comfortable. It has a good complementary continental breakfast with a large seating area. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
