Ok experience

The experience was ok for a high standard hotel I would think that it would be updated with newer tvs beds and comfort. The rooms were pretty as well as the view. The new stadium was beautiful downtown bars and clubs were pretty neat cause they were not far from the hotel walking distance. BUFFET breakfast was ok hot food a plus but biscuits were hard as a rock as well as croissants service was ok.

Great location, A little questionable service

We were two adults, and only the bath towels were for both of us. No free parking, though $6/day does not seem too much. Location is great to walk to Ciudad Juarez.

Rip Off

I had surgery scheduled for 3/4/14 in El Paso, I booked this room to stay in El Paso to have the surgery the next day. My surgeon called yesterday and moved the appointment for surgery to the 13th.. All well and good except the hotel would not change the dates of the stay or issue a refund... Rip Off ... Stay somewhere else that would allow you to change your dates or refund your money due to a medical condition. ...... will never book here again!
