The bed was very comfy, but cosmetically the place needs a make-over. Good for just crashing, but not a place I'd call modern. The room and hallways could use a paint job and new carpet.

I booked this hotel based on the pictures of the rooms and location. Had a confirmed suite reservation and was put in a filthy standard king room. The breakfast consisted of some dry cereal, weak coffee, and frozen waffles, along with a pile of rotting fruit on the breakfast bar. It was priced way to high for what it is, more like a $20 per night flop house, not a $56 per night mid-range El Paso hotel. Beware! Do not stay here! There is much better in El Paso for less money.

My wife and I went to my daughter's grad. from UTEP, decided to stay a week to enjoy the area. Location was super convenient. They actully had breakfast- cereal, juice, fruit, sweats, wow! We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, also curtious, accommodating staff. Check out the war plane museum and 2 acre Saddle Blanket Store. Local color! Obviously, we had a great stay. Highly recommend it!

I truely enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Will plan to stay there again in the future.

The hotel was excellent on the inside of the room, although the outside was musty-smelling in the lobby and hallways. The easy access to the freeway and the inexpensive cost were also a big plus of this hotel. It would have been an excellent experience, except that the toilet was backed up for every day of my almost week-long stay, except for the first day. Although the management took care of the problem, it was a hassle, not to mention irritating, making sure the toilet didn't overflow with each flush (even with only 2 sheets (and/or 2 sh-ts) of toilet paper. If I return again, I would definitely ask for a change of room immediately.

Called hotel about early checkin, was assured by manager that would be no problem. Went to check in and there were no rooms. Then I was given a second choice, which turned out was dirty, had roaches in bathroom, there was a screaming child in next room all night. Would not recommend to anyone.

The hotel was an easy access from the freeway with plenty of parking. The price was good for what we got. The room was big and clean, smelled fresh. The only drawbacks were that the remote for the TV did not work properly and the bed was hard as a rock. The gentleman at the front desk was polite and courteous, and overall the stay was adequate for our needs.

Is comfortable, very well located. The personal was not very kind particularly at breakfast time.

The hotel room was nice for the price. The hotel staff could of been more friendly. I am always disappointed when a hotel chain offers certain amenities and when you get there they are not working, as with the indoor sauna they said they had. After a long day we wanted to go back to the hotel and jump in the sauna, but it was not working. The breakfast was offered from 6 to 9 am but was poorly stocked and thus were out of almost everything by 7:45 to 8:00 a.m. I believe that a hotel, when it offers such amenities should try their utmost to accomadate each guest. The maids do a wonderful job when it comes to cleaning the rooms. Almost everything we needed was within a short driving distance from our hotel.
