Excellent place but the customer service
This the second time in the hotel. I was very disappointed when I checked in. I talked to one young lady who seemed to be very nice and friendly but the one who act like supervisor was very rude. When I booked the reservation, I requested handicap room but I was not given that. I asked her for that and she replied " I cannot give you that, what you got is what you get because you booked through [...]", I thought she will say " Let me see what we can do" or " I am sorry sir but we cannot provide that at this moment..." She was just rude. The rest of the staff was extremely nice. I traveled around as you can see in my membership with your hotel chain, I have gone to Europe, South America etc I have always picked your hotels because of the price, staff and service but I never found someone like this lady. Sorry to give you bad feedback. Thanks
