The room on 3rd floor we stayed had absolutely filthy carpet (a big off color stain on the floor in addition). Very noisy plumbing. The bedroom window facing the parking lot had no blind/curtain(only a sheer panel) which made it difficult to sleep
with the bright parking lot floodlight shining into the room. Try sleeping there!. Breakfast was a big let down too. The saving grace is staff- who are trying their best
