Awesome Staff and Room!
We had a wonderful stay at the Melorse, we attended a wedding right down the street and the location could not have been better. The valet personnel were top notch, as well as the room service staff and guest services. Overall great experience!

The Concierge and hotel staff were amazing!
The hotel staff at the Warwick saved the day for me. I had flown in and left my cell phone at the airport in another city. My luggage arrived at the airport two hours after I did. The Staff upon arrival got me checked in, helped me check for messages and look for the other parties that were staying at the Warwick. I was able to get a good night's sleep and the wake-up call was right on time! I will definitely stay there again whenever I get the chance!

CONVENIENT LOCATION
WE WERE UPGRADED TO A SUITE WHEN WE CHECKED-IN. HOTEL IS OBVIOUSLY NOT MODERN AND RETAINS SOME OF ITS 1920'S CHARM SO IF SLEEK AND MODERN ARE WHAT YOU SEEK - LOOK ELSEWHERE! ACCOMMODATIONS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE.

Pleasant Stay
The Warwick Melrose is an old hotel that reminds me of something out of the thirties. BUT, it has renovated, of course, and kept pace with the competition. Very comfy bed, clean and quiet surroundings, great restaurant. Breakfast was marvelous! I'll go back.

Very conveient for Oak Lawn area
The hotel staff was very friendly upon arrival and departure. The room itself had a few maintenance issues, such as loose soap holder in bathtub and the coating that had been applied to the tub was peeling off, which should not happen in a hotel of this caliber. The valet parking is a bit pricey, but worth it considering what is within walking distance from the hotel. I will definetly stay at the hotel again, but will ask to be moved to another room without a peeling bathtub.

Beautiful Hotel
Beautiful hotel with very nice furnishings in a great part of town. The building is older with a lot of the architecture and character still in tact. Lobby and Library Bar very nice. Room was large with nice ammenities. Close to the downtown activities with easy access. Valet parking was a plus and hotel shuttle was very accomodating. Not a big deal, but no pool.

Fabulous Hotel
The Warwick Melrose is a gem in the pedestrian friendly area of Oak Lawn very close to downtown Dallas. The hotel has old-world like charm with a beautiful grand lobby, vast dining rooms and ornate chandeliers. The rooms are huge and surprisingly come with a kitchen area (on the other side of the wall from the bedroom). Service is impeccable. I recommend this hotel warmly.

Old but elegant
The Warwick in Dallas is like an old grand dame: elegant but showing its wear. Plumbing needs to be overhauled big time. All in all though, we had a pleasant stay
