wonderful on every level

The ladies and gentlemen who work at the Ritz have the most insightful attitude. They are all there to make your visit the best ever. The spa was beautiful, tranquil and so relaxing. Staying on the club level is fantastic .. great drinks and wonderful snacks .The business model at the Ritz is all about catering to the guests. The rooms are are perfectly clean and if you find fault it will be quickly addressed. Honestly what else could anyone ask for? It was the best day of my life.

World Class A++++++++++++++++all the way

We stay at 5*** hotels globally. This is one of the absolute best; rarefied territory. Beautifully appointed, first rate Staff, which includes reception, concierge, service people, doormen and valets. Everyone had a positive approach. The people at the Club Level, where especially noteworthy; especially Robin and Larry. What was specially impressive was that so many of the staff remembered our names. Better than many private clubs. Finally, the food was exceptional.

Wonderful weekend getaway

Relaxing weekend in Dallas at this beautiful hotel. Guacamole and margarita shots being served in lobby as we arrived. Even saw Dean Fearing passing through. Friendly, helpful staff. Had room service three times- quickly delivered and delicious every time. Wonderful, immaculate room. We were here last December and couldn't wait to get back. It seemed less crowded this time, which made it even better.
