Nice Hotel
Good hotel with a nice bathroom. The foyer was beautiful and it has a starbucks in the building, which is great. The rooms weren't amazing but there wasn't anything wrong with them either. Internet is an extra $15.

Excellent for my business trip
The rooms were great; staff was very helpful and knowledgeable; bed was very comfy! and our shuttle bus came right to the door.

Fairmont Hotel is a Great Hotel!
This was the third time that my wife and I stayed at the Fairmont hotel. The location is great. Downtown Dallas, within walking distance to the museum of modern art , West Elm, where many nice restaurants abound, and many other important attractions. This a truly central location to almost anywhere. The hotel is very well appointed, the staff is friendly, professional and helpful, and is a great value for what you get. Be sure to visit the restaurant Pyramid - the Chef makes wonderful creations and they use organically grown herbs grown in their garden located in the 5th floor. This hotel will not disappoint you!

Traveling Duo
Great location
We came to the Dallas area to take in a Rangers game and wanted to experience the downtown area as well. The Fairmont provided everything we wanted--great location, beautiful accommodations, and genuinely friendly staff. The drive from the ballpark to the hotel was less than a half hour. Downtown Dallas has great character and the Fairmont puts you in the middle of the action. We were able to easily walk to the Arts District to enjoy the unique and memorable architecture, the West End to take in a few restaurants, and the Grassy Knoll. We felt safe walking to each district during both day and evening hours.

Good but not Great
Selected this based on the stars rating, and it was a nice hotel but dated. Staff was good, valet service was excellent. Selected the King Suite which was nice, but the furniture was old and uncomfortable, and the shower, and bathroom area were terrible compared to hotels that are rated in this class.

Go eat at the Place at Perry's! Excellent food and great service less than a mile from the hotel.
