Dining

Pyramid Restaurant and Bar
The new Pyramid Restaurant & Bar's sleek contemporary decor is perfectly paired with exciting menus created by Executive Chef jW Foster. Since his 2007 arrival in Dallas from his native Canada, Chef Foster has focused on creating a "fresh market" approach to menus for both the restaurant and bar incorporating products that are organic, authentically local and sustainable. jW's personal culinary philosophy emphasizes fresh, local ingredients in an effort to minimize our carbon footprint on the planet and support the local economy. With his new menu for Pyramid Restaurant & Bar, he infuses classic dishes with modern twists while highlighting the wide range and variety of products available in the state of Texas. "We are dancing with classic dishes," says Foster, "not reinventing them. Many of the items on our Modern American menu are designed to evoke an emotional response or memory for our guests."
Starbucks
Coffee drinks, teas, other hot and cold beverages, and pastries. Indoor and outdoor seating.

Oasis on the Desert

The one good thing that stood out for me was the friendliness and pleasant aura of employees. The househeeper Patrice on 21st floor was great. The location was great, accessible to attractions and we had 4 great days of fun without incident. Also next to hotel was a building surrounded by waterfalls which was very relaxing, tranquil and kept us cool externally and internally.

Wonderful and relaxing romantic evening

The pool and the surrounding area are wonderful. The pool is much larger than most hotel pools with very comfortable chairs and areas to get out of sun. The breakfast for the gold floors was wonderful. We will definitely be back.

We stayed here for two nights over thanksgiving. The place was a little quite due to the time of the year, but its such a nice hotel. The staff were so friendly. beautiful relaxing area's all done up for Christmas so its really nice to sit and relax, or to sit by the bar, or go for breakfast, or brunch. would recommend it.

Original Dallas Luxury Hotel

The Fairmont is still one of Dallas best luxury Hotels, and its location is perfect for visiting the Dallas Arts' District. Food is great but a little pricy, and is excellent for a weekend getaway. Excellent for family or couples. We enjoyed MANNHEIM STEAMROOLLER Christmas Show presentation at the Myerson Center and all together this was a perfect event for us. We give the Fairmont 5 stars.

The Myerson Center is world class and other attractions in the Dallas Arts District all nearby to the Fairmont Hotel, which is also near the Woodall Rogers Freeway which connects to Dallas major interstate highways.
