Beautiful hotel. Great service
Super comfortable bed. Even with a person in the bathroom, it was very quiet in the room. Location was close to Meyerson Symphony Hall.

Very business oriented
I went to Dallas on a personal business trip and I really enjoyed my stay check in and out went smooth and fast...the staff were very kind and courteous..the drinks at the bar were very good...the whole atmosphere at the fairmont was very business orientated...I would. Def stay again

Great location, bad rooms
I was most upset that there was no free wi-fi or ethernet; there was a $15 fee if you would like to use these. The AC in our room did not work, we called in a maintenance request before we left out for the night and double confirmed with the Hotel manager (because they were about to hit a shift change)that our room would be looked at and he said yes. After we came back to our room nothing had been worked on. I called the front office, they sent a maintenance person who told us that the problem was not fixable and that we would need to switch rooms. This would not have been a problem if they would have told us earlier. So we had to switch rooms at 1:30am (luckily they upgraded us to a suite)but it was just a big inconvenience. Also make sure that you have cash on hand to tip everyone.

Fairmont Dallas
Nice size room with view of the city. Very clean and beddings are very comfortable. Extremely friendly stuff from bell persons to receiptions. Elegant decoration and lots of towels.

Great Trip To Dallas
We choose the Dallas Fairmont because of it's location in Downtown. The hotel was good, staff was very friendly. The Downtown area was very quite. There was not alot of night life.

Father and Son Cowboys Game
Hotel was FABULOUS!! Had an issue with the heat, One phone call and when we came back from breakfast it had been taken care of. Went to a Cowboys game with my 9 year old son. WOULD DEF. STAY THERE AGAIN!!
