Suburban Extended Stay Dallas

It was a pretty decent place for the price. Could have been slightly nicer. They didn't have the AC on which made it stuffy. There were some ants in the bathroom. But over all a decent hotel and a nice sleep.

The night we arrived there were people everywhere outside the hotel, there were people smoking [...] down the hall in the hall, there were women outside soliciting themselves. The vending machines had candy, chips, condoms & etc. I will never ever stay or suggest this hotel again!

Check in was effortless, find the hotel was easy, and my room was clean and comfortable. Not the fanciest place, but certainly a great value for the money; far better than a comparably priced budget hotel like Motel 6 or Super 8! Real towels, comfy bed, a kitchenette with refrigerator, stove, plates, cups and cabinet space..no cookware, but fine otherwise...I didn't need much else for a quick overnight stay. I'll be there again!

The clerk could not find my resv and tried to rent me a room that was higher then what was stated on the internet. Until I showed him the printed copy that stated the price and kind of room that was resv. he was very rude to the couple who was trying to rent a room and then threw back their money and told them to leave. Would not recommed this hotel/motel on your website.

First we arrive and our first room the bed was not made, our second room was just as filthy! Ok so we didn’t pay a fortune, but a clean room would be nice, afterall we are paying. The entire building smelled horrible dirty, food, everything was just mixing all together… Gross I would say! The location was good.

Suburban Extended Stay Dallas was relatively cheap compared with the services you get. The rooms were spacious, 2 double bed with a couch (that opens into bed) and a love seat. It has a kitchen and a fridge and a big bathroom. It is really good for groups and college students. Nothing fancy, but has everything you need. It is really close to a liquor store and to a gas station.

After waiting over 20 minutes for the front desk woman to return, I was checked into the hotel and went to my room only to find that the desk was written all over with crayons, the beds were obviously worn because you could see an indentation in the mattress even with the bedspreads on, but the real horror was when I went into the bathroom and saw the tub was covered in mold and so was the shower curtain. I went back to the front desk and told the woman there that the room was unacceptable and I could not say there. She didn't even bother to ask me why.
