Newly renovated all-suite hotel in the Market Center area of Dallas
Sheraton Suites Market Center Dallas recently underwent a $12 million renovation. The 251 redesigned all-suite rooms now feature special touches like ergonomic desk chairs, flat-screen TVs and luxurious bathrooms. The hotel is situated in the Market Center area of Dallas, right across from the World Trade Center and Market Hall. 3 problems
Had a recurring problem with hotel keys not working and bathtub drain was clogged up with dirty water backing up in the tub while showering. Had to tell front desk 2 times before problem was fixed. Also A/C in hotel room was not very cold.

Delay at check in because rooms were not ready. Due to delay was given a room on concierge floor.

Disappointed with Sherato
Disappointing service experience
We were there for a three night stay. The first lady at the desk that we met was very accommodating. That's where the good stuff ended. The room across the hall from us had flooded the previous night and it smelled bad in our hallway. The workout room only had half of the machines working properly. The restaurant staff for breakfast did not know the menu well at all. The advertised shuttle service was unavailable most of the time and very limited in scope. The front desk and room service would not answer the phone many times when we try to contact them. We would not go back to this hotel if we had a choice.

Old Hotel Being Updated, But Still Needs Work
Check-in was a breeze. But the $8.95 to park my own car in an open air lot was a bust. The staff is trying and the hotel is under going renovations, however it looked like most of the work was done. Now comes that creature feature work that will finish the update. The ice maker didn't work on our floor!, the lamp shade fell apart the first time we reached to turn it on, these are the things that separate Motel 6 from a Sheraton Suites experience.

great rooms, great service, great price!
This hotel was great! the only thing that kept it from getting 5 stars was that one of the front desk workers forgot to make our dinner reservations, but fortunatly we got in.

Awesome Stay
This hotel was great, the staff was very helpful and always eager to help. The rooms are a bit small, but overall a great stay, the restaurant on site was great as well as the service. I would definitely stay again.

Very nice hotel for price
My husband and I went to Medival Times that night which was right next door. The hotel was clean and very nice. The only thing was the bedroom was hard to walk around in it. Everything else was really good.

Dallas Cowboy Trip
We came to Dallas to go to the Cowboy thanksgiving day game. The hotel was right across from downtown. The room was awesome. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was clean! There's a great view of downtown from our window. We can hear the freeway from our room and had to pay almost 9 bucks to park our car.

Sheraton Suites Dallas
The hotel is a great place to get away for a night or weekend, relax and enjoy downtown Dallas. Also, the view we had from our room balcony of downtown Dallas was very beautiful.

Jakes Uptown Dallas location has a great patio and the best burgers! They also have pretty good frozen margaritas, $3 all day, every day. Jakes is about a 5 minute drive from the hotel.
