Great Christmas Getaway
I took my daughter to Dallas for a Christmas getaway. We had stayed her once before and thought we could come back for some holiday shopping. Well, our stay was wonderful all except the indoor swimming was undergoing renovation. The hotel also has wonderful food.

Great Location and Clean Atmosphere
The Sheraton was first class all the way. It is an older building but the hotel and room have been well kept if not newly remodeled. The service staff was friendly and helpful. Room service was fast and the food was well presented as well as delicious.

Easter trip to Moms
EZ check in and everything went well. It is a little difficult to get to on a feeder road traveling from the north only but back tracking was not that hard. The ice machine on our floor was broken and the room key will only let you off on your floor but when I called down they brought ice and filled up the ice machine. all was good. I had my small dog and there was no charge for him.[...] everything went well this time... thanks Bob

Dallas Galleria
Great location; clean and almost luxurious. Very organized and courteous staff. Very neat gym with plenty of equipment. Walking distance to Galeria. Easy access from DFW and easy to get anywhere in Dallas off US 635.

The hotel i think is good value. Some cons are that there is no safe in the room and it small and in Texas I would have expected bigger since realestate is not as tight as a major city in the northeast. Pool is rather small. We were traveling with an infant and had difficulty getting a fridge to store milk in our first night. For those with small children they have one high chair for the breakfast buffet. Clearly unacceptable for a hotel this large. we kept our daughter in her stroller. Bed is very comfortable, water pressure is adequate, TV is flat screen, and breakfast buffet is included. You can definitely eat enough to fill you to skip lunch. Great potatoes.

You get what you pay for.
I am not a big fan of "guests" hanging out in front of the hotel. The hotel had a very bad vibe for a Sheraton. No sign of outside security at hotel. I can't recall the last time I stayed in a room that had 2 double beds in the room. 2 queens are the norm.

Hotel review
The hotel is nice but is surrounded by massive highway construction. There was not enough parking so I would actually have to park outside on the street, though I was charged for daily parking. The housekeeping wasn't too good.

Service not good
The service was not good. Room does not provide a refirgerator. Limited space. No free Internet. Had to pay for the internet. Unfriendly staff.
