At the middle of everything in downtown Dallas
The Sheraton Dallas Hotel is centrally located in the arts hub of Dallas, providing guests with the city's vibrant local culture during their stay. The Dallas Convention Center, where many concerts and events are held, is within a short driving distance of the property. Many museums and monuments are located within walking distance. The Sheraton Dallas Hotel offers guest rooms and suites, as well as accommodations for large-scale events such as conferences and weddings. Full services are available for clients on business. State-of-the-art HD video conferencing facilities are provided by Cisco and TATA communications. The hotel underwent extensive renovations in 2009.

Average Stay
The valet parking was a first for us, that was awesome, the hotel was beautiful, the staff was never seen after we checked in, our heater in the room did not want to work, other than that it was a good first experience because of the size of the hotel, but not worth the money. We plan to go back one more time so that the rest of our kids can experience how huge this hotel is, but other than that I will never go back, its not worth the amount of money we paid for. Oh I almost forgot, 21 dollars for parking is outrageous that was a robbery, we parked our own car, but that is outrageous. We will do it one more time for the kids to experience the size of the hotel, but never again after that.

Bring your own food, food is very expensive in the hotel, 14 dollars for two eggs!! Unless your wealthy would advise for you to eat elsewhere.

Great downtown hotel!
Only stayed one night for a conference. The hotel was very clean and the staff was geat, very friendly and helpful.

For This Price I Expected a LOT More
Big, clean rooms. That's as much as i can say for this hotel. No complimentary breakfast buffet: No free internet ($13 per 24 hours) No refrigerator No free parking Great for business travelers who don't care much for such frivolous things. For ordinary folks, look elsewhere for a hotel that doesn't nickle and dime you to death.

Nice Rooms
The location was great and had lots of things to do around our hotel. The only downfall that I could say is it took over an hour to get fresh towels.

great away game weekend!!
My wife and I decided to go to the LSU game in Dallas and made these reservations only a couple of months ahead of time. We got a GREAT deal and stayed in style in the heart of downtown Dallas. With awesome sports bar in lobby and decent restaurant as well. The only thing that I would change is the staff at kitchen table restaurant. The were extremely rude and had no problem ignoring your existence. Overall i'd stay here again.

Had a wonderful time in Dallas and the staff at the Sheraton downtown. Couldnt ask for a better weekend experience.

We'd do it again!!
We booked this place based on the loc, right off the Expressway/FWY and just about 5 miles from our planned event. The day we were to stay there was a major college football game in town and the hotel was booked. Our check in was fast and efficient in spite of the huge crowds of college kids. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We had a problem with our air conditioner and reported it. They said they would get someone there. A mntnc man was there within 10 min and was nice, clean and respectful to us. This all happened at about 10:30 pm. Our check out was as easy as our check in. My only complaint was the charge for parking. At $21.00/nt, we thought that was unreasonable. Other than the parking cost our stay was satisfactory and we will be happy to stay at the Sheraton again.

Short drive from hotel
We had lunch at Gloria's, a nice Mexican restaurant off of Lemon Street about 5 minute drive from the hotel. It was a very nice, trendy place and the food was very very good. The service was good and the pricing was reasonable. We would go there again.
