Dallas Relocation Trip

Our stay at the Residence Inn was very nice. The hotel staff was very attentive, friendly, and responsive. We particularly liked the morning breakfasts in the main room. The only thing that could have made our trip better is if we had selected one of the rooms with a fireplace. I asked if we could upgrade and offered to pay more if necessary for a larger room with a fireplace but the front desk person said that because the reservation was booked through [...]that she could not change anything. We didn't really spend a lot of time in the room as we were busy seeing the DFW area, but it would have been great to come back to the room each day and relax in front of a nice fire. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Shopping tip: Short drive from hotel

The Galleria was a short drive away. Make sure to get directions to the hotel from the hotel. The Google and GPS directions were incorrect.
