Welcome to Dallas and the Ramada Limited - Dallas I-20 in the Southeast area of Dallas! The hotel features at-your-door parking and spacious rooms that are nicely equipped with color cable television, refrigerators, microwaves, coffee makers, hair dryers, irons, ironing boards, full bath with shower, and luxurious Sealey Concierge Series mattresses. Bugs in room, rude staff

[...] The room was dirty and had bugs and the curtains were all wrinkled. The lights did not work near the bed so you had to walk to the door to turn the lights on and off. Well to be frank [...]stay at any Ramada Inn again.

Fair and Average

I had problems with checking in the hotel, They didn't agree with the prepaid rates that I got threw Orbitz. But I called Orbitz customer service, The Orbitz supervisor called the hotel and straighten out the situation. I was very pleased how Orbitz took care out the situation. The hotel was average, Im glad there was a microwave and a fridge in the room. Good location if have a car. If you don't the bus is about a 10 minute walk down Bonnie View/Tioga (553 or 554) If your taking a bus make sure you take the 554 bus from Ledbetter Station to Bonnie View/Tioga the Dart bus company told me some other directions that had me walking up the highway for a half/hour with luggage. But everybody makes mistakes, but that could be a big one in 100 degree weather. Overall very nice and quiet.
