Excellent Customer Service
Me and my wife asked the doorman to call us a taxi. Instead of a taxi, they offered a complimentary shuttle (a Mercedes)! Very nice. The staff was so friendly, it really rubbed off on the guests. Everyone (guests included) went out of their way to give advice or hold a door. Hotel staff printed off directions anytime we needed. Spacious rooms, however not much dresser space. Will definitely visit my next time in Texas.

My review of Hotel Palomar Dallas - a Kimpton Hotel
Service in the restaurant areas were quite slow.We ordered a cheese plate that took 29 minutes to get to us in the middle of the afternoon. Other than that the Hotel was clean,staff friendly,room service resonse time well within 30 minutes but food was warm. I would recommend it to a friend.

Great location!
We were surprised how easy this hotel was to find, and it is in an area of many resturants, stores,etc....another plus was the pool area, gr8t time in the hot tub, the deepest one I was ever in.......gr8t bar action at night but small compared to the size of the hotel itself. Beautiful decor, and the valet staff was excellant, friendly and accomodating....I would highly recommend this place to anyone, and the Club sandwich is to die for in the resturant "214

Hotel Palomar is Amazing As Always
This is my 2nd time staying here, on my 1st visit I had their largest 2 room suite which was amazing. I was skeptical about getting the smaller 1 room King spa suite. The room was not as large but the bathroom was humongous and they have a Jacuzzi that can easily fit 2 people and Im 6'2. I love and highly recomend this hotel

Anniversary celebrator
A Great Stay
We choose this hotel for our 10th anniversary and because we wanted a really cool soaking tub. It met all our expectations. The soaking tub was amazing and the staff sent up complimentary champagne and strawberries b/c it was our anniversary. We also took advantage of the hotel restaurant which had amazing food. So yummy and was the same quality when we ordered it for room service. The wine/cocktail hour and the coffee bar in the morning were of equal quality. Overall this was just an amazin luxery that we almost never get to experience. It was a little more than we normally would spend on a hotel and on food but it was worth it. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a romantic getaway and a little pampering.

A wonderful stay at Hotel Palomar
I stayed here recently while visiting Dallas on business- a first time at this hotel-it won't be the last. I thought is had a great environment, helpful friendly staff, convenient location, comfortable room, and hotel restaurant was a fantastic surprise. The food and service was excellent as was the evening complimentary wine tasting.

Palomar is My favorite stay near SMU.
Loved the Palomar, and would hope to stay everytime I visit SMU to see my son.

Palomar great experience
Unbelievable staff. You feel at home while staying at this Palomar. Stayed over Christmas weekend and felt bad leaving. It is a truly great hotel. Also had a goldfish in my room. Very pet friendly. Cannot say enough about the great staff.
