I checked in for a couple nights to enjoy some quiet time away from my busy house. 5 things that I normally search for in a hotel: Pet friendly; secure area/neighborhood; friendly staff; and a soft bed. Omni met up to it all!! :) I will definitely be coming back. :)

Very Dissatisfied
The Omni Dallas Hotel at Park West was horrible, the beds were very uncomfortable. Everything we touched had a price tag oThe bathroom was great, very big. The attached. The location was out to far from the city. Our Fifth Anniversary was horrible.

Great For a Weekend Getaway.

Amenities a bit pricey
The hotel is very nice and the rooms are fantastic. The staff is curtious and helpful. However, I am a little put off by the charges to use the internet, and the charges to use the business center. Also, the breakfast buffet is extremely expensive for the choices offered.

The Hotel and rooms lacked fresh air! We prefer to open windows with screens to let air circulate and remove odors that air conditioning fails to do!

New to Texas
"Seeing the Sights of Texas"
Visited surrounding cities, shopped, etc. Would have been nice if coffee was offered in lobby with newspaper for early risers who did not want to make coffee in room. Other nice/upscale hotels offer package deals with breakfast. I wish this beautiful tall hotel had a dining or bar facility on the upper floor to let guests enjoy the amazing view.
