Beautiful Hotel!
My boyfriend and I spend the weekend at the Omni for my birthday and we had an amazing time. The hotel itself is very beautiful with a great staff working there. The room was great, but we were both a little surprised about the size. It wasn't tiny or anything, but we just had really high hopes I guess. There was a flat-screen tv and I was in love with the bathroom, which also had a blowdryer in there, which was very handy because I had forgotten mine. Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff was really friendly and housekeeping was great because they never bugged us, but when we would come back the room would be spotless. I had a great time there and would recommend it to anyone.

Amenities a bit pricey
The hotel is very nice and the rooms are fantastic. The staff is curtious and helpful. However, I am a little put off by the charges to use the internet, and the charges to use the business center. Also, the breakfast buffet is extremely expensive for the choices offered.

Close to Texas Stadium
We flew in for the weekend to see the football game. The hotel was close to the airport and the Stadium. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly. It was somewhat generic but for a quick weekend it was perfect.

Great place to stay
The Omni Park West in Dallas was a great place to stay. The staff was very knowledgable and courtesy. I would definitely stay at the Omni again and again. The room was out of this world and the beds were beyond comfort.

Very family friendly
We can begin to say enough about this hotel. We arrived late because of our flight. There was no problem with our room being held for late arrival. The service was great. The staff very helpful. And the location, well we could not have ask for any thing better. You can be sure the next time we have to stay in the area, this well be the hotel for us.

Very Dissatisfied
The Omni Dallas Hotel at Park West was horrible, the beds were very uncomfortable. Everything we touched had a price tag oThe bathroom was great, very big. The attached. The location was out to far from the city. Our Fifth Anniversary was horrible.
