The Hotel and rooms lacked fresh air! We prefer to open windows with screens to let air circulate and remove odors that air conditioning fails to do!

warm and friendly atmosphere
I enjoyed my stay at Omni, because the Hotel was very clean,the room was nicely remodeled, and all the staff members were very friendly and efficient. I would definetely recommend Omni to all of my friends.

Omni is located less than 10 minutes away from the Restaurant Row in Addison. Nice restaurants like Sambuca, Trulucks etc...

Great weekend getaway
From the moment we checked in we had a wonderful time. Great value for the money, and a very knowledgeable staff. Very clean and nothing seemed to be out of place.

My review of Omni Dallas Hotel at Park West
we stayed at the omni because it was close to our son's home whom we were visiting. It was also close to shopping and dining. The hotel was well maintained and seemed clean. I did wish that there was more room in the bathroom vanity area. The fitness room and pool were very nice.

relaxation/peaceful time
The day my husband and I arrived at the hotel we were received with a very warm welcome from the staff. The room and fitness center was excellent. My husband and I enjoyed the large comfortable bed and elegant decoration. The Omni Dallas Hotel at Park West is an excellent place to stay for a time of relaxation and romance. Once again the staff was very hospitable.

Great For a Weekend Getaway.

Great Value
the hotel is very beautiful. The staff at the hotel were very helpful at all times. Very Friendly and courtious. The only downside is the location, it is far from downtown dallas.

Top Notch Omni
This is the second time I have been to this Omni - I am very particular and this is a nice hotel - I suggest joining the Omni club to get a few extra perks like early and late arrival - The room was very clean and nice sheets - room service was on time and food in restaurant downstairs was also good - Overall, great location - nice hotel - top notch
