Overnight stay
We were in Dallas for a wedding. The rooms were nice and the staff was polite. The office even called later in the day to see if everything was good. They were knowledgeable about places to eat and even had 10 percent off coupons. We walked to The Porch. On the way we saw The Monk lots of atmosphere.

Dallas Trip
I chose this hotel because I had an early appointment the next day that was less than 1/2 a mile north. The staff was very friendly but the neighborhood was a little shady. I wasn't sure if my car would be safe in the parking lot so I went back out to move it under a light. When I went outside i noticed the security guard walking around the parking area. I still moved my vehicle but rested a little better knowing he was watching. The rooms were adequate but not great. I would only recommend this hotel if you have business to take care of early the next morning and have concerns about traffic delays. Also, we had a handicapped person with us and there was no elevator. If you have someone who struggles climbing stairs be sure to request a downstairs room (the only one available was missing blankets).

got there thay didn't have the room we requested. gave us a room whit a queen side bed sade it was a king room was not smoking

Great stay
Close to the hospital/medical facility I was visiting. Very friendly, helpful front desk staff. room was quite nice... clean, good heating for a chilly night. Morning continental breakfast was generous with waffles, cereal, fruit, yogurt, juice... This hotel faces the expressway. Make sure you ask for a room in the back to avoid the loud expressway noise. I was in the back... and didn't hear a sound

Convenient, but noisy
Very convenient location right on the North Central Expressway. However, the location is a bit less than pleasant due to all the highway noise. The room stayed fairly quiet, though, and the rooms were nice and very clean. Continental breakfast had texas-shaped waffles!

Dallas for fun
Not new or fancy, but clean & convenient
Staff was efficient and very courteous. Convenient to downtown area, American Airlines Center and other entertainment venues.
