Our frustrated vacation experiece
We could not do anything other than staying in the hotel due to the cold weather. Hotel was not enjoyable at all. Someone can stay there only for business purposes. We have turned back home one day earlier than our normal staying days in the hotel. The room was not heated very well as well. Parking and Business Center usage are too priced.

The hotel is in a great location
The hotel is in a great location just a couple of minutes walk from downtown Dallas, The staff were all very profesional and helpfull especialy Monica on reception was very helpfull and friendly and went out of her way to help me and make suggestions of where to go. There is a good selection of bars and restaurants in the hotel but must try Fivesixty at the top of the revolving Reunion Tower, the views and food are superb. The rooms are very comfortable with all the amenities you would expect from Hyatt, due to the size of the hotel when its busy, as with the convention that was checking in when I was there was the only down side to my enjoyable stay.

Great Dallas Getaway
Hospitality is tremendous. The Hotel staff is kind and attentive. The Hyatt Regency is the perfect place to stay in Dallas. It is a moments walk from Dealy Plaza and the famous Dallas Entertainment district. The Hotel restuarants are resonably priced and offer great cuisine.

Dining outside of the hotel is gonna be delivery (Italian/Pizza/Chinese) or Subway----otherwise it's just not many options in that end of downtown.
