Get what you pay for
The low cost was well worth it if you intend to not sleep comfortably at all. We actually booked a non-smoking room and got the room that had the heaviest smokers in it before us and had the used ash tray still on the counter of the small kitchenette. The walls are so thin the people next door to us were only having a normal conversation and we heard almost every word of it. DO NOT do a late check in. It took 40 minutes for the "call line" to get ahold of the night teller to let us in to check in. Overall even for a place I intended to only get a quick stop and 4-5 hours of rest and morning shower it was one of my worst stays. Definitely not a good example for Extended Stay Hotels.

it was ok
I was here for the super bowl and It was ok. The room was kind of small but it was not so bad. It was clean The price was right. I would stay there again.

the hard worker
Great quiet Stay
I stayed only one night due to work but even then I was very happy with my room and chk in was a breeze. Management was very pleasing and helpful. I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay at a very quiet and peacefull place.

Nightmare stay from hell!!
As I have written to the corporate offices of this establishment to let them know of my most nightmarish stay at any hotel. I was awakened in the middle of the nite with BUGS crawling on my person as well as the bed. I was also disturbed by the noise that was coming from outside by what seemed to be drug deals taking place right outside my room on this hotels property. I would hope that you would discontinue advertising this hotel due to the condition of the rooms as well as the lack of security and concern for your clients.

Poor conditions at this hotel
[...]carpet was wet and smelled of fumes...could'nt sleep as my nostrils were burning all the time...thought they used pesticides instead of carpet cleaners......Stay away from the place unless you are DESPARATE.......however service is good and staff is understanding. They refunded me the money promply after I complained. Will not stay here ever again.

Horrible
We traveled to Dallas so I could have surgery at a nearby hospital. Our flight was delayed so we did not check into the hotel until late and when we got to our room it smelled like urine and mold. We asked for another room and were offered another but it was just as bad as the first. [...]
