Dallas Trip
The room was nice and clean. The A/C unit was unusually noisy. There were ants around the hot tub from the half-empty soda cups which had not been picked up from the night before. There were no towels at the hot tub and dirty towels spread around. Lacked that extra maintenance that makes a hotel feel clean. Complimentary breakfast was good. Good location.

Family Trip
I booked this hotel based on its location. It was close to our planned destinations in Dallas and a reasonable driving distance from places we wanted to visit it Arlington and Fort Worth. I didn't like that we were in the room next door to where the daily breakfast was prepared. That meant lots of banging VERY EARLY in the morning. We had a few crickets one night, but that resolved itself by the next day. What I really didn't like was our visit to the pool and hot tub. The pool seemed fine, but when we cranked up the jets on the hot tub, it created a pool of foam. I knew something wasn't right and I had a heck of a time keeping our 2-year-old daughter out of it.The foam smelled very strongly of chemicals. We asked an employee about it and he seemed to think it would get better with time. After the first day, we didn't get another opportunity to check whether the issue was resolved.

Great Stay
I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express while in town for the Texas vs Oklahoma Game. The location of the hotel was outstanding. Close to Downtown Dallas and conveniently located near various restaurants and other businesses.

Overall - great stay!
Only problem was satellite service. We got a few channels, but it appeared a previous guest may have set parental locks. Front desk was clueless on how to remove them. Since we were busy sight-seeing, we only had a few hours before bed, so no great loss. Awesome breakfast! The gentleman working the first night we were there was very helpful - even allowing me to print off Six Flags tickets from the front desk computer.

Family of Seven
Perfect for Family of Seven
Absolutely Beautiful along with the most courteous staff!!! Excellent location and deicious breakfast as well. Rooms were clean and spacious, and the suite had a fridge, micro., sink, pull out sofa and desk. We couldn't have had it any better for the price and convenience!!
