The staff at this hotel were wonderful. Excellent customer service from the front desk staff, the shuttle drivers, and the bartender. They all were more than willing to answer any questions we had and help us with anything we needed. When we
visit Dallas again this will be the hotel we stay at. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
It was an okay experience though my husband complained about the noise. Besides, we had to wait forever for the elevator, some people even took the stair from the 5th to the 1st floor because they cannot wait any longer.
The location was hard to find and I spent probably 20 minutes just trying to find the hotel. My room was clean and comfortable, and had been recently remodeled. The bathroom remodel was not as successful as they may have wanted it to be. The
staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to answer any questions I had. It was not automatic that they gave you internet access, you had to ask for the pass code, which was free, but annoying to have to ask for. In general, I would stay again, but only if a better location were not available. It was a decent value for being so close to downtown.
This was my second stay at this hotel. Room Service has the best salmon; server very friendly, even brought me milk to go with my cheesecake. I loved the extra packs of coffee with the coffee maker as I had to be up at 5am for a run!
