The hotel is ok
The hotel is in desperate need of an update. The hotel is a time tomb for the 1980's. The sleep number beds is a nice idea, but the remote was broken so the bed could not be adjusted. The hotel was clean, just very old.

Dallas was impressive-not the same in regards to Xfactor. More than one computer would be helpful.Too many people waited to use.Was a high quality experience and would not mind visiting again!

Nice hotel for a good price
I stayed at this hotel when I went to Dallas for a meeting. The hotel met all of my needs. The staff was friendly and very helpful, the room was comfortable, and the gym was sufficient for a good morning workout. The hotel offers a free shuttle to locations within a 5 mi radius. I would have loved if the hotel had free shuttle service to/from DFW airport. Also, like most hotels, the food in the hotel restaurant was not the best. Nonetheless, it was good enough for my short trip.

Great for central location
I have stayed at this hotel several times, and its a great place for family and close to everything in Dallas, west end, cotton bowl and ford field(SMU) I would recommend it to everyone

Meets Expectations Considering Location
This hotel is located a stones throw away from SMU. Given my engagements at the University, this hotel proved very convenient. Its accomodations are average; its location excellent.

Excellent Customer Service & Hotel
My entire experience was outstanding. The hotel staff was extremely flexible with helping me out since I had surgery. I strongly recommend this Radisson over any hotel in the area. The hotel was also very classy, and accomodations were beautiful.

Nice hotel if you need to visit SMU
Good location to stay if you need to visit SMU. Short walk to campus (1/2 mile) or they will give you a ride in the shuttle. Very nice hotel with a good bar and decent resturant.

Airforce Sweethearts
Very Enjoyable
We stayed 2 nights. The Hotel appears very nice, but had a few minor maintenance issues, like the outlet behind the bed had no cover, and there were vents in the hall that had no cover, which just seemed strange. The rooms were Very comfortable. The sleep number bed is neat. We has one maintenance issue while there that our bed did not work. They came up and fixed it less than 5 minutes (it had come unplugged). Room Service was excellent, staff was extremely friendly. Walking distance (if it is not too hot) to Mockingbird Station, and right by the highway so you can pretty much go anywhere easily in the city (don't worry its not noisy).
