Comfortable spacious room. Great service. Professional staff. We stayed in an awful room the night before and the extra ten bucks was so so worth it.

Staying at Dallas Hilton Gardens
The room was very quiet, so that was good. There was a microwave but not a single microwave dish or spoon. The bed was very comfortable. They have a placard that says if your towels are hung they won't change them, and if I was there I kept them to it, but if I was not there, they changed everything. That is such a waste, but I find most hotels are the same. It was hard to find the hotel because the address is Stemmons Freeway and we did not know that Stemmons Freeway is just the access road for the 35E Freeway. The staff was always very courteous and helpful.

A/C was broken entire trip
Thank goodness it was not hot outside because the a/c did not work the entire weekend. The staff upon check out was very awesome though in regards to making sure that I was a satisfied customer before I left. I did call them twice to tell them the a/c was not working but it was never fixed. They comp. my room due to this experience.

Friendly and helpful staff, great location - easy to get to Uptown Dallas for great eateries and lounges, the airport, or Downtown. Comfortable rooms and a bar. What more do you need? Great for travel on a budget.

Entertainment tip:
Short drive from hotel
Go to the Cotton Bowl area, also the area known as Texas State Fair. There is a lot more going on there that has nothing to do with football. Made for a beautiful, relaxing afternoon.

Business Trip
Requested a non-smoking double, and received a smoking double. Everything we wore to bed, could not be worn again, because of smell in room and beds.

Dallas Nightmare
I was greeted and received but after that the nightmare began ; the hotel charged my credit card $415.00, tying up all the money I alotted for my vacation ,this happened right after I explained that I had pre-paid for my hotel say through [...].The staff seem pretty upset that I booked ahead and unleashed their fury on me.

Alright
The hotel was alright. Nothing special. Location was probably the best thing, very accessable to down town. If I go back to Dallas I would probably look for a hotel that's a little better.
