This hotel is great. It is usually the one I stay in when coming to Dallas. The staff is friendly and attentive. I had to check in early (by almost 4 hours) the room type I requested was not aviable at that time but I got a double room that
was just as nice and super clean (plus I had an extra bed to pile all my stuff on) The Atriums main area was under major construction, noise wasent really a problem considering the scope of the work. Its going to look fantastic when completed. I will be back after its fished just to see how it turns out.
Hotel is very nice, but they charge $17/day for parking, we had someone try to enter our room at 1:41am, our room key cards were deactivated after the first night, so we had to go to the desk and check in again, the room was not cleaned after our
first night and the room service operator gave us attitude. All in all, a very disappointing stay.
The hotel was very nice and very clean. No continental breakfast and the meal prices were very high. We paid $45 for 2 cheeseburgers and 2 drinks at one of the hotel eateries. There was no free wi-fi either.
We had a great experience. We were at the Towers had a great view. The room was very nice . My wife and I enjoyed the Hilton Anatole. It has our wow vote now. We ate at different little places around the city. Went to a few Malls and Dallas World
My husband, our daughter and I loved the Hilton Anatole. We attended an engagement party and wedding reception and the events were well serviced by the staff. The staff was friendly and the rooms were immaculate. We would definitely stay at this
hotel again and reccommend it to friends.
Hotel features (5 = best, 1 = worst):
Short drive from hotel
The Hilton Anatole was just about a 15 minute drive from Northpark Mall & just across the highway from Texas Children's Medical Center and Market Center.
everything about the hotel was great, except the a/c
didn't cool the room enough for my satisfaction. Room
next door woke us up early-thought rooms would be a
Just an overnight stay with breakfast in morning, which was great.
