THERE IS NOTHING CLOSE TO THIS HOTEL. PLAN ON TAXIS BECAUSE THEIR SHUTTLE SERVICE STINKS. BAD ATTITUDE OF STAFF. MANAGER DOESN'T RETURN COMPLAINT CALLS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!!!

Hyatt House Has Great Staff
Hotel is poorly laid out and you will pay $10.00 per day to park. The floors are not sound proofed so it sometimes gets noisy depending on who is above you. Conversely the rooms are very nice, great value and the STAFF are wonderful. This is what takes this from a weak 3 to a strong four stars

that's enough for me
hair (pubic? hopefully not)in the towels. that's kind of enough for me. never again. also room very noisy (ac engine just outside the window) and noisy refrigerator.

Great rooms & breakfast for the price
Really like the modernistic decor. Pull out sofa bed was comfortable. Parking garage is very convenient. Great breakfast with healthy options. Have stayed twice and will stay there again.

Great Hotel
Hotel was centrally located, Nice room 2 beds and sofa bed. Great location between market and downtown fun. Secure parking, super nice I will definately stay next year for Dallas Market. and They shuttle you to and from market which is super in my book.
