I Hate Roaches
Not the best
When we arrived, our room was still filthy from the previous guests. We had to lug all of our things back to the lobby (with a baby in tow) while they cleaned the room. It was clear that they only did a cursory job cleaning - surfaces were still dirty, the room smelled like old food, and we saw a roach in the kitchen. In addition, sleep was difficult as there were numerous outside noises - traffic, other guests, etc. The guests above us were partying all night. Other than the cleanliness and noise factors, the room was decent for the price. Management did offer us a free night's stay on another visit, but we won't be returning.

Christmas Vacation
BEd old and sagged in the middle, room smelled musty, not alot of silverware or glasses or cook ware to use, hangers, broken drawer burnt out lights (they did fix,lack of toilet paper.

Christmas Trip to Dallas
This hotel was o.k. but there were a few flaws. The bed was terrible!!! Mattress sunk in the middle very uncomfortable we flipped over the mattress and it was better but the bed seemed to be very worn. only had 1 glass and not much silverware at all. drawer in night stand was broken and shower leaked, light burnt out in bathroom but they did fix it. carpet a bit dirty was a bit disappointed in conditions of the room.

For the price it was great!
The price was great for what I got. I had a king size bed with a sofa sleeper and the kitchen of course. The way the room was set up you couldn't see the kitchen from the bedroom and the living room was seperated from the bedroom to so it made it feel like home because it wasn't one large room. I was very happy.

HOME AWAY FROM HOME...UUUMMM?

Not recommended!
One ice machine for the whole facility and it wasn't working and the front desk had no idea when it would be fixed. Had to keep hitting the TV to stop the picture from jiggling. The lobby was closed ....... locked ...... when I tried to check out at 6:30 AM and no one came to the door. Mold in the bathroom.

Very Family friendly
