Conveniently located and very clean.
Close to the airport and I-35 access. Everything looked very clean and fairly new. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lush landscaping makes the outside look very cozy. Beautiful, huge magnolias were blooming. Good value for the price.

Good experience
While attending a convention it was so nice to get to a conveniently located hotel with all the services that permitted us to rest and recuperate. I would recommend this hotel.

Awesome Breakfast
Other than being a little overcharged for the location (there was a cheerleading convention the same weekend) and the air conditioning not working properly our stay was quite nice. This hotel is nothing fancy but could be quite cozy if it had a little updating of the amenities. The breakfast bar is the best. The little extra they charge you for breakfast is worth the the money.

Close to Medeival Times...
Very nice hotel, friendly staff, clean room. The best part was the Starbucks coffee in the Bistro.

Slight Change
I used to stay at this hotel when there was a bar downstairs. The bar is now gone and the Hotel has more of a Fairfield Inn rather than a Marriot Courtyard.

Courtyard Marriott in Dallas
We were stopping through on our way to somewhere else. The overall decor and appearance of the hotel was very nice. "Swanky" as one of my friends put it. I liked that part a lot. However, I failed to notice that there was no complimentary breakfast. The bistro was available to purchase food from, and it was good, but I appreciate the complimentary breakfast as well. Also, there really were NO restaurants to eat in within walking distance which I thought was a disadvantage, though it's not really Marriott's fault.

Definitely would stay again
We went to visit Southern Methodist University for our son. Very close to University- 10 minutes max. Very close to downtown as well. The hotel was very clean, and accommodating. Only drawback was that they did not clean the room while we were out during the day. We had to ask for them to send housekeeping, at around 8 pm. When we arrived- room was very clean. Rooms are very small- but clean and modern. Also front desk not that aware of nearby towns- they have printed directions and information. Do your homework re: sites to see, etc. If our son attends SMU, we will be staying there regularly.

Get a car with navigation while travelling to Dallas. Some of the freeways, etc. are confusing. The navigation was definitely a blessing.
