ComfortInn I-35 E/Walnut or BED BUG HOTEL
Next to two run down closed restraunts and a strip bar, found and captured a bed bug, took it to the front desk, manager's response to desk clerk to comp us one night out of three. I requested he call us, he never did, would have liked our clothes cleaned and put us in a different hotel. Now finance is eat up with them, need to have my house cleaned by professionals. Notified Dallas Co. Health Dept

Will Never Stay Here Again
The staff at check-in did not understand how online travel comapny pays for the room etc. When the receptionist saw that the address on my driver's license did not match the one on her screen she said I needed 3rd Party written permission. IT WAS the Travel Company's ADDRESS! I informed her my company made the reservation through the online travel company with our company credit card. She said my company needed to provide written permission. It was 9:00pm on a Sunday night. No one was at my company to fulfill this ridiculous request. When I informed her that the online travel company already had charged us and they were making the payment to the Hotel she said that did not matter. I asked to speak to the Manager on duty and she called. The Manager refused to come down to speak with me. I called the online company who then called the Hotel and emailed some kind of Authorization. I am a rewards member and that meant nothing either. It could not have been handled more poorly. I will never stay there again. On top of that the area is crawling with homeless people and drug addicts. A strip club is only a half block away. Never felt safe there.

Two Days of Comfort
we were given a room on the 1st floor since my wife doesn't like upper floors because of the possibility of having to evaculate because of an emergency of some sort and the elevators are not to be used. She has a bad knee

Pleasant enviroment
We enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites located in Dalls. The staff was extremely friendly and helpfull. Except for one person on Friday the second night shift women. When we asked questions she was short and abrupt with us as if though we were bothering her. Everyone else though could not do enough for us. The inside pool was great, the rooms were big enough. I enjoyed the fact that there were 2 sinks in the room one in the bathroom and one outside. The location to everything was perfect. The breakfasts were more then enough to fill you. I would stay there again.

Not What I Expected
The hotel is located next to an Adult Club. All of the equipment in the fitness room was broken. When we requested more towels and pillows, we were told none were available. The nonsmoking suite was clean and the complimentary breakfast had a good variety and was good.

Gentleman's club across parking lot and steakhouse on the other side. Hotel is a short drive to Texas stadium and located in an industrial area of Irving.
