The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was great. The service and assistance was very helpful. The location for business and shopping was excellent. The only problem was trying to find the hotel with an LBJ address. Having the name of the cross street would have been helpful as we arrived after dark.

The first night was good very comfortable after a long drive! 2nd night had some ants all over the night stand n they were starting to climb the bed! Asked for a different room gave us one no problem but the ac was broken kept turning off n on didn't cool the room when out and got back kids were asleep so didn't feel like asking for another one to move all our things and the kids! But other than that was ok. staff was very nice.

The hotel was absolutely great. The staff was pleasant, food and drinks were awesome and very reasonably priced. Hotel was very clean. The only draw back to the place is the location, being located right off the freeway there is a lot of noise, but then again I guess that should have been expected being located in a large city like Dallas. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants a comfortable place to stay at a very good price..

Great value!
Very nice hotel for the price. Nothing bad that I could say about it. Nothing too fancy though but for what I paid, it was perfect. Also, I didn't use it but there is a very nice and well-kept pool that is gated and private so you can't see it from the road.

The Galleria is a VERY NICE mall. It's not too far away from the Best Western. Even if you don't buy anything it is a must see attraction with beautiful architecture.

Decent place for the money
Granted, the place looks dated, but everything worked and the room was better looking than the hallways and lobby. Decent bar also. Never felt unsecured in the hotel or worried about my parked vehicle. Stayed there 4 nights and housekeeping did a fine job. Only had a personal pizza one of the nights from their restaurant and it was good. Would stay there again.

Most Enjoyable Stay
I have stayed previously at this location, the stay was enjoyable and the staff was very pleasant to all the guess. I was able to observe the staff over a period of time during my visit and I noticed the customer service job performance was outstanding. Thank You
