good stay minus the renovation
the wyndham was a cozy place to stay, the rooms were nice and clean. staff members were curtious and helpful. although the room i stayed in was a bit small, i liked how the furniture was laid out. if you are looking for a nice and clean place to rest this is it. during my stay, the hotel was renovating its 1st floor, lobby area, and elevators. in the morning it got pretty loud with banging and with people constantly moving up and down the hallway. having only one elevator working was a hassle too. I'm pretty sure that the work is finished by now, and if you do decide to stay here, i'm sure it'll be a pleasant stay... :) btw, its very close to everything in dallas!

Horrible Conditions
The carpet through the hotel was badly stained, dirty. The walls were in a state of disrepair. While there, they were installing chair molding to spruce up the halls,, but, this really added nothing. The carpet is my room was the same condition. The towel supply in my room varied from day to day. The dinning area was okay, but the place was freezing. Even the men had to request that the air be turned up to make it warmer.

OK Hotel gets worse
The renovations are still going on after 2 yrs. The old rooms are disgusting...

Very Unkept
The entrance was good about 7/10 but then when you walked in the hallways to go to the rooms was like waling in to a sona. the bottom of the walls havent been finished it LOOKS like the are working on it but there was never anyone there working the lady across from us (345) some how some way set off the fire alarms and the sprinklers went off in her room and water was every where the fre dept came and it was so very different then what i expected

Not a Wyndham quality hotel
This hotel is not what you expect from a Wyndham property. It is old, outdated and it shows. The price was great but like they say, you definitely get what you paid for. I would never stay here again.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Wyndham Hotel Stay was a horrible experience, I was basically stuck with my choice. Hotel in under remodelation, FIRST FLOOR WAS SO FILTHY AND DIRTY AND HAD A TREMENDOUS GAS FUMES RUNNING AROUND THE HALLS 24/7. THE CLEANING STAFF WAS SO UNPROFESSIONAL ONE DAY THEY WILL CLEAN HALFWAY like will leave pillows on the couch, forgot to change sheets and especially towels and soap etc, or they will very personal with each other (staff) about who is working the most hours or who is working harder??? I am not SURE what happened if it was the fact I GOT THE SPECIAL but certainly I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THE WYNDHAM HOTEL EVER!!!

Under Construction
Upon Arrival the hotel seem like it was going to be really nice. When I checked in the guy was wearing a jacket and all. But the carpet of the hallways were very dirty he told me that they were in the process of replacing them. I stayed on the 6th floor, walking off of the elevator the wall was coming apart. The room as okay, very basic. The Microwave, Refrigerator, and Coffe machine were not plugged in and we had to move them from their original place so we could plug them in. The bathroon shower was dirty, and the shower head itself was wobbly. For a hundred plus a night I expected somthing better.
