Expected pretty basic place, got what we bargained for and some more. If you just want to get a nice, clean place to sleep, conveniently close by major highways in the Dallas area then this is for you!

Good value but nothing fancy.
Check-in and all interactions with the staff were fine. The breakfast buffet was very nice with a lot of variety. The lobby area was nice. The rooms had a fridge and microwave. The room lighting was dim even with them all turned on. The only real issue was the bathroom. It didn't seem super clean and the first night I had to kill a roach on the floor in there. It's definitely not a luxury hotel but for the price it was worth it.

When in northeast Dallas
This hotel had one of the best breakfast buffets I've ever had. The hotel rooms face inside so there is zilch noise from traffic. Furthermore, the AC/heating is tops -- not the usual clunky refrigeration unit which roars when it comes on. Staff was great. Internet was lightning fast. Bar was comfortable. Room comfort was tops but mattress was a little old -- pretty hard. Restaurant was very good. Overall, the value for the money is tops. We won't be staying anywhere else when we are in northeast Dallas.

Economic, but nothing outstanding
Was clean, practical and priced well. Was not esthetically as pleasing as some of the other Best Western Plus hotels I have stayed at.

good value. noise needs attention
excellent value for the price. Main negative comment has to do with elevators' noise. My room was 3 away from the elevators and I could still hear the annoying elevators hum.

You cannot find anything better for the price, but, make sure you do not take the room next to the elevator if you want to sleep well. Hotel offers great breakfast buffet.

Not a bad hotel
First, the hotel directions via gps was confusing. When you get off the exit for colt road, take colt rode up just past mcdonalds and turn right by the bank and there the hotel is. Second, I was disappointed in a few things- such as the first tissue I grabbed looked used. The hotel breakfast was kind of confusing- was there a waiter? I dunno. Also, the vending machine on the third floor was broken/busted and would not accept cash- so I used the one on the sixth floor. Third, the staff was really nice! All the people, including the guests, are far from shady. I felt comfortable.
