just a place to lay your head on a last min trip. Not well maintained.

Overall this is not a bad place. Still I would say the price is a little high. For the price I paid, I would expect a little larger tv, and carpet that doesn't have any holes in it. I have stayed in rooms that were $15 cheaper and a lot nicer.

When we arrived to check in the room wasn't ready, it was difficult using the key to get into the room. The rooms were not made up or no fresh clean towels provided on day 2. Sugar ants were all over the table during the night. Room smelled like smoke. Will not be staying at the sun suites ever again!

The worst!!! Insanely noisy neighbors next door & upstairs that partied & played (kids running & playing with a ball,jumping,bumping floor)etc. Smoke filled old fashioned rooms, nasty no bathroom vent cover above your head in bathroom & who wants to look up to that while on toilet, no working phones @ all,no iron & critter in the bed initially @ check in!No sleep that night, headache in a.m. walked to find another place & all booked up etc. then we switched to 3rd floor to make the best of our trip that was suppose to be a late honeymoon/anniversary getaway!The beach, fishing, horesback riding, dining & shopping was all awesome!!!! Memorable moments...

The room smell like smoke and mold. The bathtub was dirty. The clean towels smelled dirty too. The carpet was filthy (evidence of water damage, hence the moldy smell). The building grounds were littered with empty beer cans and cigarette butts. Any of the two hotels next door would have been 10 times better and well worth the extra bucks for the comfort. My family and I will come back

Easy to find. Had to evict a hissing roach before turning in for the night. A hole in the floor near the TV. Made it a point to walk AROUND the hole.

The hotel room smelled like mold and had fleas and cockroaches.

While at he hotel we watched t.v., which they do not have many channels to choose from and fortunately we took our laptop to keep us entertained during our stay. The rooms are a bit outdated which gave the entire room a dark and not so good feeling. The place really needs some TLC and it might have been somewhat enjoyable to stay there. We don't take trips often but this had to be the one I least like.

We got the hotel because it had a kitchen and thought they would have everything we would need to cook and eat with, but we were wrong. Also they did not have an ice machine. the wall must be paper thin because you can here conversations clearly, for instance when your neighbor is a heman fanatic and is getting all into it till after midnight. The beds were so uncomfortable.

We had 2 rooms reserved, one of the rooms wasn't ready. They got another room for us right away, but...both rooms were musty and there was a big c roach in our tub! Not the best place to stay.
