Except for one thing...
Good overall value. I think it was $67 a night. I went down to Corpus to participate in the Beach to Bay Relay. I left at 5AM the next day and returned around 10:30AM to shower after the run. They had already cleaned the room and when I took my shower they started knocking on the door then ringing my room. (Sheesh! I'll be out in a minute.) No big deal. Just overly efficient I guess. But I'd go back.

A cheap overnight stay
The bed was clean, Internet was a little slow, fresh towels shower head hanger was broken so I just held the wand while showering. I just wanted a cheap hotel close to the beach since I drove overnight and had to drive back the next day. I did report the shower wand was broken so if you stay in 124 tell us if they fixed it?

It's close to my favorite Beer and Pizza B and J's and love the Whataburger just down the street it's close to the beach without being the 6 down the road

Walls are paper thin. Can hear ANYTHING being said or whats going on in the next room. Roaches in the bathroom and kitchen

very noise.not a place for rest.
ask front desk for more pillows said they were out, they dont clean ur room unless ur staying more then 7 days, also have to take ur own trash out, have to carry down all towels to recive more, have to ask for toilet paper, had refridegrator but didnt work, room stunk , this place is mainly for people that live week to week not a palce to spend for vacation or stay a couple of nights .but front desk was very frendly. wont stay agian was not good for the money no pool no breakfest had vending machine with no sodas in it . no service. they lady at front desk told me she booked me in for three nights didnt just for one .dont stay here unless u need a place to live.

Holiday Weekend
Overall this is not a bad place. Still I would say the price is a little high. For the price I paid, I would expect a little larger tv, and carpet that doesn't have any holes in it. I have stayed in rooms that were $15 cheaper and a lot nicer.

Yucky stay
When we arrived to check in the room wasn't ready, it was difficult using the key to get into the room. The rooms were not made up or no fresh clean towels provided on day 2. Sugar ants were all over the table during the night. Room smelled like smoke. Will not be staying at the sun suites ever again!

Awesome & the Worst!!!
The worst!!! Insanely noisy neighbors next door & upstairs that partied & played (kids running & playing with a ball,jumping,bumping floor)etc. Smoke filled old fashioned rooms, nasty no bathroom vent cover above your head in bathroom & who wants to look up to that while on toilet, no working phones @ all,no iron & critter in the bed initially @ check in!No sleep that night, headache in a.m. walked to find another place & all booked up etc. then we switched to 3rd floor to make the best of our trip that was suppose to be a late honeymoon/anniversary getaway!The beach, fishing, horesback riding, dining & shopping was all awesome!!!! Memorable moments...

As a couple with very busy schedules with church,family, work & need 2 destress away from everyday life @home. I would personally say " Learn 2 enjoy everyday that you are blessed with & take out time as a couple & as a family. Guarantee you will enjoy Corpus Christi & Padre Island :)

you get what you paid for
The room smell like smoke and mold. The bathtub was dirty. The clean towels smelled dirty too. The carpet was filthy (evidence of water damage, hence the moldy smell). The building grounds were littered with empty beer cans and cigarette butts. Any of the two hotels next door would have been 10 times better and well worth the extra bucks for the comfort. My family and I will come back
