Summary Clean!! Good location Kitchen well appointed with "Whirlpool Gold" all you need is to bring the food as pots/pans/all utensils are provided. Is like having your own small apartment. If you are not familiar with Residence Inn visit their website and look at the photos of their facilities. NEGATIVE- The Hot Tub was out of service with high levels of green algae but I am sure that is temporary.

Days Inn Corpus Christi off SPD
Never stay at the Days Inn off HWY SPD in Corpus Christi. Room and bed were full of hundreds of very large bed bugs. Look under your mattress before you sleep in the bed. They crawl out when the lights are out. They are under the mattress. There were so many that we were covered head to toe with bites ect....It was so gross. We called the Health Deparatment. They had been breeding in room 120 for years!!!The manager was to sleepy and tired to get out of bed and come look. WOW. Glad he slept in a bug free bed!!!

Spring Break for Kids
Home Depot!!!!
Please request a room far far away from Home Depot. You will hear all kinds of BIG noises specially early morning. Last year, they had more foods for breakfast and evening reception. That disappointed my kids...

Nice room - bad location
I stayed at the Residence Inn on the advice of a co-worker. The room was very nice; however, it was noisy during the night with Home Depot right behind my room performing overnight inventory. I heard forklifts beeping all night long and the roar of traffic most of the evening. The hotel is not far off 385. I would conditionally mention this to a friend if they can get a room away from the Home Depot.
