Omni Corpus Christi Hotel

Upon arrival there were no available luggage carts and check in was very slow so there was a lot of waiting from the start. The parking garage was very good for security. For the high price paid, the room was clean but small and just like any other mid priced hotel. We went to the pool and hot tub one evening and it was very small for that size hotel and the hot tub was extremely dirty and old. It was also not maintained even though it was inside. The owner or GM certainly wouldn't want to get in that hot tub. We wouldn't stay here again.

The ONLY reason my family selected this hotel is because of the beautiful view and location. We had never stayed at an Omni hotel before so we didn't know what to expect. The room didn't have a microwave, refrigerator, and the balcony was not accessible for guests. Absolutely ridiculous! For $716 for 5 nights, you should have those amenities. Also, no free breakfast or wireless internet. They had a bottled water in the hotel room but you had to pay $4.00 for it. There was starch available for ironing for $2.99. The tv was out-dated and limited channels.

The staff was above and beyond friendly and very helpful...with 2 small children in tow our stay was very smooth and the children enjoyed the pool very much! The staff was so awesome when I realized I needed milk for my sons bottle, they sent up complimentary milk to fill his bottle for bedtime and the next day as well! Will definetly stay again! The location was directly across the street from the beach so our view was great!

very decent room; partial Gulf-view. no balcony off some rooms; make sure @ check-in if important to you. might sacrifice view. polite staff; very helpful, even w/ directions. 1st brunch bar I've ever had that lacked waffles, pan cakes; surprising. super steak joint on top floor; reserve window-side table asap; easily $100 for 2 w/out drinks, wine. seems a family friendly hotel & tourist areas. hotel pool's small; beach quite a hike from hotel, but nice. bring your beach stuff (chairs, towels, water, sun screen, wipes, etc.). very pleasant experience.

Good view, nice location, great food and excellent staff.

This is a very old hotel and it hasn't been updated in a very long time. It's VERY noisy. You can hear sirens throughout the night. I've stayed at much nicer Omni Hotels and this is one to definately avoid.

Everything was GREAT, even if they charged $4.00 for a bottle water in your room. The food was outstanding

We stay here very often. We especially enjoy the steam room and hot tub. The bellmen always greet me with a cold bottle of water and a couple of ice water soaked towels after I return from a great run along the sea wall. The chef in the 2nd floor restaurant for the breakfast buffet is incredible. He cooks an omlette to your specifications. Umm!!!

I was there the week before Labor Day, 2011, and my stay was outstanding. The rooms were clean and well maintained, the amenities are in excellent shape and the restaurants are outstanding.

Nice hotel requested a bayfront room, but you actually had to go out on the balcony and step to the far right to see the bay. The toilet had to be cleaned upon us entering the room. And there was an error with our breakfast on our last day there. But overall it was a nice stay.
