Homewood Suites by Hilton® Corpus Christi

My hotel room was a smoking room and it was suppose to be non smoking. my wife alergies were killing her for the half the time. They wouldn't change the room until the second day. Not impressed with the hotel.

Very comfortable getaway for the family. For the price it was a fantastic stay. The staff very prompt and very courteous. Would recommend this hotel to others.

Hotel was perfect. [...] did not book the suite we requested...the room was not seperate from the living room....but the hotel switched us the very next day.

Size of the rooms were just right. Kitchen offered what we needed. We did not hear any noise for hall or other rooms. (I hope the people around us can say the same thing-we had a four year old and two year old). One negative is it's tricky to get to. It's at a flyover intersection of two major highways. I was confused every time we headed there after being out.

Went to Corpus for the weekend with the family. If you are looking for a two room suite, this hotel has very nice ones. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Getting to and from the hotel is a little tricky...only one entrance and having to do a couple of turn arounds. About $20 more than a standard room elsewhere, but well worth it for the xtra room and full kitchen.

As a family we enjoyed ourselves. The accommodations were comfortable and great location.

We were visiting for an event but attempted to do other things while we were in the area. The hotel did not have any info or pamphets of things to do in the area; much to our dismay. We had to do ssome digging to find a beach that offered jet skiing and water rides that were a blast. A movie theater and Walmart was close by!!!! Overall hotel staff was very pleasant and the breakfast was great!!

We did not get the room we booked through orbitz we had paid for a 2 queen bed seperate living room suit and where given a king bed with no seperate living room I had to sleep on the couch and my wife and daughter slept in the bed was told that booking through orbitz did not gaurantee the room that I thought I booked I paid for a upgraded room but did not get that room was told to contact orbitz to try and get my money back for the room I booked and the room they gave me the manager [...] put all the blame on orbitz and said when a hotel is sold out that rooms through orbitz or any other online chain other than the hotel was not guaranteed I have booked through orbitz before and never had this happen now I dont know if I will ever book again through anyone but the hotel if the room is not guaranteed luckly we where only staying one night.

The rooms were really nice. Separate living area made it really convenient for those with different sleeping schedules. Service was friendly and efficient. Even though we didn't use the pool, it was clean and inviting. We will definitely use Homewood Suites again.
